A weekend package is being negotiated to cover everything and as soon as prices have been negotiated everyone will be informed so that bookings can be made in advance. There will also be arrangements for selective bookings to suit individuals. Some of the accommodation available for early booking will sleep five in one room – two double beds and one single. The above programme may be subject to a small degree of rearrangement due to outside circumstances but this is at the moment very unlikely.
