Pettigo is a small village but has quite a range of accomodation, mostly Bed and Breakfast which is high quality accomodation at a very reasonable price and there is also Self-catering accomodation. Unfortunately at the moment it does not have a hotel and so I am sending you a selection of hotel accomodation in the nearby towns and villages as well as contacts to local B& Bs and self catering.

The village is on the Border with most of it in the South of Ireland which will be in the Euro Zone from January 1st but since all the bars, accomodation and food outlets are in the South you will only need Euros for most of your stay in the village.
In the North of Ireland - just a few steps over the Termon River Bridges, British Pounds are still used. All the local accomodation is just a few hundred yards or less from the town. I can recommend Helen O'Shea's B&B or Mary Leonards which you can contact at
